In 2024, Australia saw the largest volume of sellers headquartered in the country at 88%, followed by New Zealand at 12%.

Australia represented the home of 45% of buyers and New Zealand represented an additional 3%. Outside of the ANZ region, the US was home to 22% of buyers followed by the United Kingdom at 9% and Canada at 4%. Overall, dealmaking remained highly international as 57% of acquisitions were cross-border deals.
